Meet Baby L

After many months of sharing the milestones, joys and challenges of my pregnancy on Real Food Radio and with many of you in person during our nutrition sessions…

I am so proud to announce the arrival of baby L!

day to night (1)

He arrived fashionably late, but without complications and was healthy and chubby at 8lbs 9oz. The moment his dad and I laid eyes on him we burst into tears out of sheer joy to see our baby boy so perfect and finally in our arms. What a wild ride pregnancy was and now these first weeks of motherhood. I am only now able to string together these few sentences coherently enough to share the news. I’ll leave you with some pictures of our little love and the promise of lots of good  things to come here on the blog and in my practice. For now, it is back to baby snuggles, breastfeeding (he loves food just as much as his momma), and trying to get the hang of this parenting thing 🙂
